The frozen lobster production line uses a liquid nitrogen freezer with SUS304 sanitary grade stainless steel inner liner and stainless steel material tray. The equipment mainly consists of a refrigeration liquid nitrogen system, a quick freezing chamber, a control system, etc. The equipment control system adopts automatic temperature control, automatic control, etc., which solves the shortcomings of human control.
