The reciprocating quick freezing device is mainly used for meat freezing and has become the best choice for meat processing enterprises (pigs, cattle, poultry);

There are two types of frozen products: carton sealed freezing and pallet open freezing;

From the frozen quantity, it can be divided into production capacities of 8T/H, 10T/H, 12T/H, 14T/H, and 16T/H under the condition of 10-12KG/pallet, and 20T/H, 24T/H, 28T/H, 36T/H, and 40T/H under the condition of 20KG/container or above.

Working principle: Frozen products are transported from the outdoor conveyor line to the indoor conveyor line. The loading device pushes the products on the indoor conveyor line to the unit shelves. The lifting device and loading device fill each layer of the unit shelves according to the program requirements. The lifting device lifts the unit shelves filled with goods to a higher level, and then the pushing device pushes them to the freezing area for freezing. After freezing is completed, the unloading device pushes the unit shelf products layer by layer to the indoor conveyor line, and the indoor conveyor line transports the products to the designated place. The product is first in, first out, and the import and export are completed simultaneously, meeting the requirements of automated production. The temperature in the quick freezing area is -35 ℃, the wind field is uniform, tracking freezing is more energy-efficient.

Product features:

The evaporator and axial flow fan are installed independently vertically, with several sets of evaporators and fans isolated for separate cooling, defrosting, and even and reasonable air distribution. Independent control of zones is achieved to achieve energy-saving goals.

Based on the right side of the diagram, the air distribution process is as follows: the lower level axial flow fan extracts the lower temperature air from the evaporator and sends it to the lower level shelves, where heat exchange occurs. The hot air flows in the direction of the lower level shelves, and after the temperature rises, it is sucked in by the upper level axial flow fan and sent to the upper level evaporator for cooling. The cooled cold air flows along the upper level shelves, where it exchanges heat with the goods and the temperature rises. It is then sucked in by the lower level axial flow fan, completing a cycle.
