The main material of this machine is made of 304 stainless steel, and the whole machine is assembled after one-time cutting and processing. The whole machine consists of eight parts: oil fume collection system, oil tank reinforcement and insulation design, mesh belt conveyor system, dual slag removal design, lifting system, external heat exchanger, circulating heating system, and electrical control system. The high-temperature circulating oil pump circulates edible oil through a heat exchanger and heats it up, utilizing the temperature difference between the heat transfer oil and the edible oil to complete heat exchange. The heat transfer area of the thermal oil heat exchanger is large, which can achieve rapid heating of edible oil in a short period of time. To a certain extent, it reduces the damage to edible oil and extends the service life of edible oil. The circulating filtration system effectively collects residue, which can be cleaned at any time to prevent blockages in the circulating system. The control system is divided into two types: fully automatic computer control and electrical panel control, which can be customized according to the actual needs of users.
